Ever Expanding

I haven’t posted in forever! So here is a (short) post about FST!

I am still determined to try all different types of diapers and lately I have gotten FSTs(flour sack towels).

I got a 10 pack form Walmart(less than $10), and 3 cute printed ones and now I need more of the printed ones! They work so incredibly well and I LOVE how cute they are!!

The fold was a little scary at first, but now that I know how to do it, they are super easy and I don’t usually hesitate when I am using Covers.

This is the image I used to figure out the fold(without pad folding). It was difficult at first, but once I figured it out, it made all kinds of sense!

Now, I have noticed that they cheap white ones that come in packs from Walmart soak quicker than the printed ones, and also quicker than Prefolds, so I still grab my prefolds for out and about. But they still last a good amount of time. Especially now that my baby is 10 months and not peeing as often as she used to.

That being said, if you want to try something new, they are definitely the cheaper route to try for covers. I have yet to get actual Flats, but I think I will eventually.

Another nice thing about having FST as diapers is that if there is a spill when we are out, I have a nice towel(and wet bag) to clean up!! hahaha

Well, that is all I can think of for now.

Please let me know if you have any questions about anything cloth diaper related! I would LOVE to do a Q and A post if I get enough questions 🙂

Happy Diapering!!
